Slate field extraction + spec match

What we measure and how

If a slate is detected by `content_slate_present`, Claude vision extracts each of the spec's `required_fields` (title / duration / frame_rate / audio_standard / resolution / etc.) from the slate image. Extracted values are matched against the actual file's measured values. Mismatches (e.g. slate says 24 fps, file is 25 fps) flag the check.
