Already an organisation customer?

Signed-in organisation owners have an in-app admin area that covers organisation claim, domain verification, and managing the org's private UMDP spec library. None of those need an email — sign in and look for them in the app navigation.

Pre-sales and general questions

Email admin@spectraqc.io with anything — pricing questions, coverage questions, whether SpectraQC fits your specific delivery workflow, or anything else.

Request a delivery spec

SpectraQC ships with profiles for major delivery specs already, and the spec library grows on request. If yours isn't covered, send the spec document — published PDF, internal Word doc, signed-off vendor agreement, whatever you have — to admin@spectraqc.io and it'll be encoded as an open UMDP profile. No charge.

If you're a broadcaster, platform, or distributor publishing a spec you'd like suppliers to validate against, the same address works — and your spec ends up published openly on GitHub under CC BY 4.0, where any QC vendor or supplier can reference it.

Something wrong with a specific job?

Every completed job page has a “Something's wrong” button. It opens a short form for the report — what went wrong, optional refund request, optional WhatsApp number for follow-up. That's the right channel for anything tied to a specific job: a missed check, a misleading fix instruction, a report that won't render, a charge that looks off, or a job that's actively broken. It routes to the operator faster than email and gives the most context for resolution.

Bug reports and product feedback

For anything not tied to a specific job — feature ideas, broader product feedback, general bug reports — admin@spectraqc.io is the right address, with as much detail as you can spare. The brand's whole stance is that QC tools should explain themselves; that applies to SpectraQC's own bugs too.

Elsewhere

SpectraQC is on Bluesky at @spectraqc.io — product updates, occasional posts on broadcast QC, no marketing pings.

The UMDP spec library lives openly on GitHub at github.com/spectraqc/umdp — issues and PRs welcome.
