Luma signal range, full-file signalstats

What we measure and how

Full-file `signalstats` metadata is parsed for per-frame YMIN / YMAX. Frames whose luma exceeds the spec's allowed range (typically 16–235 for limited / 0–255 for full) are flagged. Reports the count of out-of-range frames and an aggregated timestamp list.
