Sidecar metadata conformance & reconciliation

What we measure and how

Parses the sidecar metadata that ffmpeg / ffprobe ignore — IMF Output Profile List (ST 2067-2), IMF Sidecar Composition Map (ST 2067-100), AMWA AS-02 manifest / shim, AS-11 DPP DMS-1 (surfaced via the MXF header), and iXML chunks embedded in WAV — and reconciles their claims against the essence and CPL. Disagreements (e.g. AS-11 declares a programme duration that differs from the CPL, iXML scene/take metadata contradicts the WAV) become findings, emitted as namespaced `sidecar.<area>.<rule>` rule IDs. MXF-borne metadata is reached via mxfcore; IMF sidecar context is reached via imfcore.
