What we measure and how

Match of the video stream's `pix_fmt` (e.g. `yuv420p`, `yuv422p10le`, `yuv444p`) against the spec's `assets.video.chroma_subsampling` and `assets.video.bit_depth` allowlists. yuv422p10le is canonical 10-bit 4:2:2 broadcast; yuv420p8 is delivery-OTT-typical.
