AS-11 / UK DPP DMS-1 metadata surface

What we measure and how

Surfaces the AS-11 Core and UK DPP descriptive-metadata framework (DMS-1) that mxfcore extracts from the MXF header — series / programme / episode titles, shim name and version, audio track layout, primary audio language, and the AS-11 segmentation totals — and makes every field visible in the report. Informational only: no spec assertion is applied here. The conformance rules live in `mxf_dm_conformance`, `mxf_segmentation_conformance` and `mxf_track_structure_conformance`; the extracted framework is passed to those checks and to the report payload verbatim.
