IMF conformance (Netflix Photon)

What we measure and how

Runs Netflix Photon over the same staged IMP as a supplementary conformance layer on top of imfprobe, and folds its findings into the report. Verdict policy: a blocking-tier Photon finding at error severity fails the job (like the PSE-required gate); advisory findings, blocking findings seen only at warning severity, and unmapped error classes decorate the report without flipping the verdict. A Photon analyser failure (missing JRE, unparseable output, non-zero exit, or timeout) leaves a warning row and never rejects the asset, since imfprobe remains the primary structural check.
