Duration vs video

Sidecar audio duration vs primary video

What we measure and how

For multi-component packages, the sidecar audio's duration is compared against the primary video component's duration. Differences exceeding the spec's `pkg.duration.tolerance_s` flag the check. A sidecar audio shorter than the video by 100 ms or longer than the video by any amount typically indicates a sync error or missing tail.
