QR code detection on sampled frames

What we measure and how

QR code detection in sampled keyframes. Decoded per ISO/IEC 18004 (the QR Code symbology standard); each detected code reports its payload, the timestamp of the frame it was found on, and the bounding box within the frame. Some specs forbid QR codes entirely (legal / compliance reasons on broadcast deliverables); others require them (e.g. screener watermarking).
