Burnt-in / on-screen text detection (vision model)

What we measure and how

Claude vision classifies each sampled keyframe for the presence of on-screen burnt-in text (titles, lower thirds, watermarks, station identifiers). Reports the count of frames flagged and a sampling-rate-aware projected coverage percentage. The spec's `overlays.burnt_in_text` may forbid all burnt-in text or allow specific kinds.
