Interlace combing detection

What we measure and how

Combing detection identifies content whose actual scan structure (progressive vs top-field-first or bottom-field-first interlaced) doesn't match what the spec demands — a common artefact from incorrectly handled cadence in a deinterlacing pass or a progressive source wrapped as interlaced. Each frame is independently classified by a temporal-difference analyser run across the full programme. The aggregated percentage of frames classified as interlaced is compared against the spec's `assets.video.scan_type` and `assets.video.signal.field_order`.
